THERE IS A VOLUNTARY $25 ASSESSMENT FOR 2026

As a non-profit - the CAHLE board runs a break even budget. We continue to battle inflation and higher costs (mowing services, beach property insurance, maintenance, etc). In 2025 - we need additional revenue to cover fence repairs in particular.

Members: $155 ($130 + $25)

Seniors: $145 ($120 + $25)

Guests: $175 ($150 + $25)
