Hammond Lake is a privately-owned body of water with no public access. No lot owners of any other development (no matter what the development is called) have deeded access to Hammond Lake. Hammond Lake Estates developments comprise a total of 82 lakefront lots and 88 off-lake lots.

Lot owners in Hammond Lake Estates and Hammond Lake Estate developments 1, 2, 3, 4, 6 & 7 are entitled, by virtue of their property deed, to membership in the Civic Association of Hammond Lake Estates.
