The Hammond Lake beach is private and reserved for paid members only. Since 2020 we have seen an increase in visitors from other neighborhoods. As a result - the association will be conducting spot checks to ensure membership.

1. Maintained Sand Beach

2. Fishing Dock

3. Swim Platform

4. Children’s Playground

5. Fire Pit

6. Kayak Rack (6 spots available, up to 12 if enough people sign up)

Beach Rules

1. Private Beach - Paid Members and Paid Guests

2. No Lifeguard - Swim At Your Own Risk

3. Motors Prohibited - Police Enforced

4. Pets Must Be Leashed and Controlled. No Pets in Sand Area

5. No Glass Bottles or Containers

6. No Excessive Noise or Disruptive Behavior

7. Only Registered Watercraft in Kayak Rack. Unattended Watercraft will be Removed.

8. Remove All Trash and Personal Items After Each Visit. Abandoned Items Will Be Discarded.

9. Never Leave Fires or Grills Unattended - Extinguish With Lake Water

10. Beach Closes One Hour After Dusk (exceptions by board for special occasions)
